Planning a Surprise Proposal

Planning a proposal can feel exciting and a little nerve-wracking at the same time. Having an engagement proposal photographer there to quietly capture the moment means you will always have that incredible memory preserved.

I often help plan the timing and positioning so the proposal unfolds naturally while still being beautifully photographed. From choosing the right location to making sure the moment stays a surprise, a little preparation makes all the difference.

After the proposal, many couples continue with a relaxed couple photography session, capturing the joy, laughter, and excitement right after the big “yes.”

Relaxed Couple Photography Sessions

Many couples tell me they feel awkward in front of the camera at first. That’s completely normal. My goal is to make the experience feel comfortable and fun so you can simply enjoy being together.

Because of my background in movement and dance, I naturally understand how the body moves and how to guide couples into poses that feel elegant and natural. Instead of forcing anything, I focus on capturing the small interactions — the laughter, quiet moments, and little gestures that show your connection.

These sessions often become some of the most meaningful photographs couples have from this time in their lives.
